BR1-10; Magic tricks

I chose "Magic tricks", because the illustration is weird. I'm interested in the illustration and the contents. First I thoght there were method of magic, but there were no method of magic. I was dissapoint it. But it was interesting.

There was going to be a school concert. Mick would do a magic act at school concert. Day after day, Mick went home and worked hard on his magic tricks. The day was came. He put two hats and some rings on the table. Mick opened out his cape. He was going to pull out some flowers, but his cape got stuck on the side of the table. The table crashed down. The hats and rings fell on the floor. Everyone laughed as Mick picked everything up. He put everything back and started again. In fact, he was nervous. He put them again, and put another way. He wanted tp join up the rings but the rings didn't join up. In the end, Mick dropped the rings and jumped on top of them. Everyone shouted out and laughed again. Mick had a last trick to do. He's going to pull a rabbit out his hat. He put his hand and feel something, but it didn't feel like a rabbit. He pulled out the flowers he had lost before. Everyone shouted louder and laughed even harder. He was dissapointed himself, because he didn't do magic well. People yelled him. One person said "More magaics". So he did magic about rabbit. Finally, he could do it!
I recommend this book. First I expected Mick was good at doing magic, but he was mistake again and again. If you read this book, you want to yell for him.

  1. Hi, Daisuke,

I'm wondering: Is the content of this book review entirely original? That is, is it all your own ideas, in your own words?

    Please let me know.

Also, I've asked you to put at least two labels on every book review post, for example, "books, fiction, reviews" (without quotation marks, separated by commas). Another possibility is "magic" (also CSV), especially if you expect to read more about it.

    Cheers, PB
